How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is included in the cost of the box. There are no additional delivery charges.
Which days do you deliver on?
We currently have two delivery slots per week: Tuesdays and Fridays. You can choose which you’d prefer during checkout.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide to UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately we don’t yet deliver to Northern Ireland, but we’re working on it.
How do I add to my next delivery?
If you would like to add another box to your subscription, please create a new subscription for this new additional box.
How do I change my next delivery?
You can manage this and more in My Account section.
How do I cancel my next delivery but not my regular order?
You can skip your next order in the My Account section.
How do I confirm my next delivery?
If you’ve selected one of our subscriptions, you don’t need to lift a finger – we’ll sort it all for you! You will receive an email to confirm your next delivery.
How do I add or update my delivery instructions?
You can update your shipping or billing details by logging into your Organibox account. Or, if you’d like to update your delivery instructions while your box is in transit, please respond to one of the text messages or emails you will have received from our delivery partner, DHL – and you will be able to amend how or when your box is delivered.
Do I need to be at home to take delivery?
It's always better if you're in to receive your organibox, but our delivery partner DHL will be in contact via text message / email to confirm your delivery window, so if you’re not going to be in, you can set a more convenient time / day or choose a safe space for your box to be delivered to. Remember though – our produce is fresh, so try not to delay delivery for too long.
What should I do if there’s a problem with my delivery/my box hasn’t arrived?
Your Organibox will be delivered by our friends at DHL. When you've placed your order, DHL will be in touch, either via your email or mobile number so you can track your delivery - you can even download their app so you never miss a notification about your organibox. DHL settings are personal to you so you have control over how and where a parcel can be left!
My box has been delivered and looks damaged.
Despite our best efforts to make our delivery partners aware of how fragile fresh produce can be, from time to time they're too rough and it can damage your fruit and veg. If that's the case with you box, we're so sorry. Please contact us here and we will assist you as soon as possible.
How do I set up a regular order?
Head over to Our Boxes and you can select either a weekly, fortnightly or monthly subscription delivery.
How do I cancel my regular order?
We hope you are a friend for life, but if you do wish to cancel your Organibox you can do so in My Account. Please note, you must cancel your subscription at least three days before your next delivery date or you will be charged, we cannot refund any orders that have been processed after this time.
Where can I amend/add my delivery and billing address?
Both of these can be added and changed in the My Account section of our website
When is the latest I can change my order?
You can change or cancel your order up to two working days before your delivery day.
Do I have to order every week?
If you want one of our boxes regularly, simply select the delivery frequency you need – the options are available on each of our boxes. You can choose for a box to be delivered as just a one-off, or weekly / fortnightly / monthly.
I’ve got a regular order set up, but I want to swap to a different box just for my next delivery.
Great, we love you are trying more of our produce. The easiest way to arrange this is to cancel the old box in My Account and set up a new one.
How do I know what’s coming in my next Organibox?
Head over to Our Boxes to find your Organibox type and click ‘What’s in my box?’, but please remember that our produce is seasonal so at times the odd product may slightly differ.
Why did my box contain something different to the list I saw when I ordered?
As our produce is seasonal to give your the freshest and most ethical produce so we sometimes make a cheeky swap, all the the aid of protecting our planet!
Something is missing from my order…
Oops! There must of been a little hiccup at the farm we’re sorry. If we have missed something from your order, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what it was and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
What should I do with my packaging?
Our packing is 100% recyclable so please recycle or even pop on your compost heap!
How long is the shelf life on your food?
Our fresh produce is 100% organic without preservatives or additives. We aim to pack our produce as fresh as possible and due to our short supply chains we provide some of the freshest produce available. To enjoy your Organibox at its best, we recommend chilling your produce (minus Bananas) and using your produce within 7 days.
Why are my products smaller/bigger/dirtier than the supermarket?
The best thing about organic produce is that it's natural - what comes out of the ground, goes straight into your boxes. No chemicals, no greenhouses - just fresh produce exactly how it's meant to be. That may mean some of our fruit and veg is tad smaller or might look a bit different to what you see in the shops. But we can promise you one thing: they taste so much better.
Unlike supermarkets, we don’t discard produce that doesn’t look a certain way. Our produce has not been altered by use of pesticides in the same way that supermarket / non organic produce has. So they will look a little different – more how nature intended. If there’s any soil on the produce, just rinse it off under the tap and you're ready to go.
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist. It’s always a good idea to wash your produce thoroughly before you cook with it or eat it. Please note there are certain times of the year when our facility handles nuts.
