How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is included in the cost of the box. There’s no additional delivery costs.
Which days do you deliver on?
We can deliver to you on a Tues, Weds, Thur or Fri. Orders take two working days to process.
If you’ve subscribed to regular box deliveries (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), you will receive your first box on the day you have designated during checkout. Future deliveries (2nd, 3rd, 4th… box deliveries) are linked to the day of the week you placed your subscription order on the store. It works like this: if you put the order through on a Tues, Weds, Thurs or Fri, you will receive future orders on the day that corresponds to when you placed your order. (e.g. if you ordered on a Weds, you will receive future orders on a Weds). If you placed your first order on our store on a Sat, Sun or Monday, you will receive future orders on a Tuesday.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide to UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately we don’t yet deliver to Northern Ireland, but we’re working on it.
How do I add to my next delivery?
As our produce is seasonal and as fresh as it gets, your box comes as standard on the select days each time you receive it. If you would like to order a second subscription box to arrive weekly at the moment this must be done separately, but we are working to make this snazzier!
How do I change my next delivery?
Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our farm will arrange this for you.
How do I cancel my next delivery but not my regular order?
Let us know at email@example.com and a member of our farm will pause your next delivery and ensure the rest carry on as normal.
How do I confirm my next delivery?
If you’ve selected one of our subscriptions, you don’t need to lift a finger – we’ll sort it all for you! For details on how the regular subscription deliveries work, please see the section ‘Which days do you deliver on?’ above.
How do I add or update my delivery instructions?
You can easily update and check your delivery on the app and using DPD’s own tracking and support systems, the app is very nifty!
Do I need to be at home to take delivery?
The short answer is yes you do, but our courier, DPD, will be in contact via text message / email to confirm your delivery window, so if you’re not going to be in, you can set a more convenient time / day. Remember though – our produce is fresh, so try not to delay delivery for too long.
What should I do if there’s a problem with my delivery/my box hasn’t arrived?

We hope you are a friend for life, but if you do wish to cancel your Organibox you can do so in My Account.
Where can I amend/add my delivery and billing address?
Both of these can be added and changed in the My Account section of our website
When is the latest I can change my order?
You can change or cancel your order up to two working days before your delivery day.
Do I have to order every week?
If you want one of our boxes regularly, simply select the delivery frequency you need – the options are available on each of our boxes. You can choose for a box to be delivered as just a one-off, or weekly / fortnightly / monthly.
I’ve got a regular order set up, but I want to swap to a different box just for my next delivery.
Great, we love you are trying more of our produce. The easiest way to arrange this is to cancel the old box in My Account and set up a new one.
How do I know what’s coming in my next Organibox?
Head over to Our Boxes to find your Organibox type and click ‘What’s in my box?’, but please remember that our produce is seasonal so at times the odd product may slightly differ.
Why did my box contain something different to the list I saw when I ordered?
As our produce is seasonal to give your the freshest and most ethical produce so we sometimes make a cheeky swap, all the the aid of protecting our planet!
Something is missing from my order…
Oops! There must of been a little hiccup at the farm we’re sorry. If we have missed something from your order, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what it was and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
What should I do with my packaging?
Our packing is 100% recyclable so please recycle or even pop on your compost heap!
How long is the shelf life on your food?
Our fresh produce is 100% organic without preservatives or additives. We aim to pack our produce as fresh as possible and due to our short supply chains we provide some of the freshest produce available. To enjoy your Organibox at its best, we recommend chilling your produce (minus Bananas) and using your produce within 7 days.
Why are my products smaller/bigger/dirtier than the supermarket?
They may be a tad smaller and have a few knobbly bits but we promise you, they taste waaayy better. In our opinion, they taste how they should taste, full of flavour and importantly full of goodness. The dirt we like to see as sprinkles of love from our farm, pop them under the tap and they clean up a beauty!
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist. It’s always a good idea to wash your produce thoroughly before you cook with it or eat it. Please note there are certain times of the year when our facility handles nuts.
