Banana Granola Breakfast Bowl

Make the most of overripe bananas with this delish breakfast bowl. It’s creamy with crunchy granola, caramelised nuts & a coconut cashew butter drizzle. Perfect for good weather!
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen @organiboxuk bananas
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 banana for slicing
- Granola
- Oats for more decoration
Method:
- Blend banana with vanilla until smooth, add a dash of plant milk to loosen if necessary
- Pour banana mix into your bowl & top with sliced banana, granola & oats
- Mix cashew butter with desiccated coconut & maple syrup
- Spoon cashew butter onto smoothie bowl
- Drizzle coconut milk onto this & use a skewer to create swirls
- Enjoy whilst thick & cold!
