Banana Granola Breakfast Bowl

Make the most of overripe bananas with this delish breakfast bowl. It’s creamy with crunchy granola, caramelised nuts & a coconut cashew butter drizzle. Perfect for good weather!

 Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen @organiboxuk bananas
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 banana for slicing
  • Granola 
  • Oats for more decoration

Method:

  1. Blend banana with vanilla until smooth, add a dash of plant milk to loosen if necessary
  2. Pour banana mix into your bowl & top with sliced banana, granola & oats
  3. Mix cashew butter with desiccated coconut & maple syrup
  4. Spoon cashew butter onto smoothie bowl
  5. Drizzle coconut milk onto this & use a skewer to create swirls
  6. Enjoy whilst thick & cold!
